What is the Giz-Net?

The Giz-Net stands for Gizmo, that's me - the designer, and Network. The network is made up of six different sections that offer something for everyone in your family. Giz-Net is not a business web site; it exists simply as a hobby for me and the other network managers. It provides us with the opportunity to interact and share our collections with our members and visitors.

Copyright Notice.

Most of the items you find on the network were designed by under my Xtreme Dimensions (XD) web site specifically for the network. These items belong to the network but are copyrighted by XD. Items that do not belong to the network, which are copyrighted by other people, are identified as appropriate throughout the network. Duplication or use of the network's web pages, graphics and conceptual ideas without my written permission is prohibited. The copyright notice for the network reads as:

Privacy Statement.

The privacy rights of others are extremely important to us so we take great efforts to protect information shared here at the network. Our information gathering and dissemination practices involve registration and email forms which require members and visitors who email us to give us contact information, such as names and email addresses. Occasionally members will receive emails from us that contain important information about their network membership. While we maintain email addresses for members, we do not collect email addresses of visitors and the only email they will receive are replies to their inquiries.

The network, and the server on which it is hosted, has certain security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The network does not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information to any other web site, webmaster, member, visitor, company or organization. The network has many off-site links. Because we cannot control the actions of others, our privacy guarantee is extended only to those pages within the network. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any web sites to which the network is linked.

Membership Concerns.

Network membership requires your agreement that we may contact you regarding your membership as stated above. If you do not wish to receive these communications you may email us to request cancellation of your membership at anytime. Further, we reserve the right to deny or cancel any membership at our discretion.
