Membership
requirements for Giz Gears.
Some
items within this interactive area within Giz Gears require an active Giz-Net
Network membership in
order to participate. Membership
is free and only requires a user name, password and valid email address.
If you do not have a membership account and don't desire to get one, you

accepts a username and password as input. It returns a string in the
proper format which you can then append to your htpasswd file.

Weather Underground Weather Sticker - The provider says they have
cooked up some fun dynamic images for you to put on your homepage.
They're free and in return, all they ask is that you link the image to
their site. All you have to do is visit the homepage and search for the
city and state you want. When the webpage loads, look for the link for
"Click here for your Weather Sticker". Find the banner style you want
and click on it. When the next page loads, copy the HTML code and paste
it onto your page. The weather sticker will automatically display the
most up to date current conditions for your area.
